Sunday Open Studio & Performance Series

Welcome to Raj Ma Hall, the home and art studio of Roger Guibor-Macbride nestled in Kansas City’s historic Northeast neighborhood. This spectacular site hosts different events, including live music, theater, and live art performance. As one of Kansas City’s “seven wonders,” you’ve definitely never experienced anything like it!

Built by hand by coureur des bois and conceptual artist Capt. Roger “RamJet”, Raj Ma Hall is a funky, beautifully shaded outdoor space and is all about celebrating Kansas City’s indomitable creative spirit. Bring a chair, some drinks and refreshments of your choosing, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon outside under the sycamore trees.

Live music is thoughtfully curated by local singer and community organizer Erin Keller and features eclectic performances from Kansas City’s amazing pool of musicians and artists.

Select Sundays from noon to 4pm. Check out our upcoming events!

Stream Team #2560, Friends of KCMO’s Riverfront Park

Tour the Missouri River on the Kansas City Lady!

We foster a culture of river conservation within the boundaries of Kansas City’s Riverfront Park and the 4.3 miles of Missouri River shoreline that border our park. This conservation area is where Missouri youth and adults can share in learning Missouri history and the significance of the river’s watershed and its effects on Kansas City residents, providing drinking water locally and to millions of people downstream. We will use this area as an education center, for fishing, boating, river safety, ecology, botany, historical reenactments, and music performances for local residents and all Missourians as our riverfront rises again as a recreational and educational center for our city, Kansas City, Missouri.

The 2024 season, we will be focusing on invasive species removal, establishing walking trails, getting new park lights, and rebuilding the restroom. This will be done through the coordination of many local groups, volunteers, and your commitment to bettering our park.
